Dr Rahul Singhal is the Additional Director in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiologist at Fortis Hospital Jaipur. He has vast experience of dedicated 25 years in the field of Cardiology which includes diagnosing and managing all sorts of Cardiac problems. To add to his experience, he has been specifically trained in dealing with problems related to abnormal heart beats i.e. Cardiac Arrhythmias and pacing. He also runs Heart Failure and pacemaker clinic. Besides this he has done various complex and advanced cases like leadless pacemaker (MICRA), non-surgical replacement of Aortic valve (TAVR), Conduction system pacing and Coronary and Peripheral Interventions using ROTA and IVL and imaging modalities like IVUS and OCT. So far, he has performed more than 20,000 Coronary and peripheral interventions; 2000+ EPS+RFAs; 4500 pacemakers and over 2000 Heart failure devices (CRTDs and ICDs). He has done his post-doctoral degree from Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi and underwent a fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Taipei, Taiwan under the guidance of world-famous Cardiac Electrophysiologist Dr. Shih Ann Chen. He has many publications in National and International journals and has represented India at various International Conferences. In recent past he was awarded Fellowship of American College of Cardiology (FACC) in the United States and recently got fellowship award of Asia Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (presented to him by world renowned Dr Ashok Seth at Singapore. He is also the recipient of Best Cardiologist and Best Cardiac Electrophysiologist for 2 consecutive years presented by Health Minister and Sunil Gavaskar.
