In his quest for excellence, he did one-year clinical fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology at University hospital, Zurich, Switzerland. He is certified by the Indian board and European board to practice Neurosurgery. He is the first neurosurgeon from India to get European board certification to practice neurosurgery (by completing degree of -fellow of European board neurological societies).
