Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi celebrated ‘The World Diabetes Day’ with an event based on the theme of Healthy Breakfast. The event focused on a healthy breakfast and its importance in the prevention and the effective management of diabetes to avoid complications. The Diabetes Awareness Fair was organised with free RBS screening, display of awareness posters, and lecture on diabetes awareness, in hospital as well as in schools in neighbourhood.
