Children’s Day Celebration

On this children’s day to celebrate the joy, Fortis Hospital Ludhiana conducted fun activities at the hospital

Children’s Day Activity in the hospital was themed, Flight of Joy: birds aren’t meant to be caged! The Art Therapy Program of the Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences under the aegis of Dr. Samir Parikh introduced “Flight of Joy” a fun creative way for children admitted in Fortis Hospital to create birds, butterflies, and airplanes out of origami to represent a flight to their place of happiness and strength. All these creations will then be strung up in our “All Fly” zone for everyone to come and engage with! The children admitted in IPD and their families had their birds flying in the all fly zone, and also strung up on the drip stands in their rooms that will be the “flight stands” for the duration of their stay
