Dt Sonia Gandhi, Head-Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, interacted with the students of Govt Home Science  College, Chandigarh. She was live on the Facebook page of the college and discussed how good nutrition is a Life Savior during COVID 19. She educated them to follow a well-balanced diet that includes all the food groups in quality and quantity as recommended for different age-groups.  She also emphasized the importance of following good hand hygiene practices, using the mask, social distancing and cough etiquette & no sharing of food and other personal belongings. 38 people joined online and there are over 2700 FB views to date.
